It can be custom built with any combination of wood, strings and pickups.
The one shown is built from mahogany and has 6 sub basses and 8 super trebles. Three single coil blade pickups provide a high output and a clean sound. A separate volume control can be used to fade out the harp strings. The harp strings are tuned with a tuning wrench which is stored in the back of the guitar.
If you would like a custom
version or one just like this, please contact me and we can talk
it over.
How it's
made:
The Elecrto Harp Guitar starts out life as a rough slab of mahogany, a very resonant and musical wood.
The
wood is sanded smooth and the shape is traced out.
Pick
up cavities are routed and all of the tuner holes are drilled.
The
shape is cut out on a band saw and the edges are sanded smooth.
Lacquer
is sprayed on and the final assembly can begin. The pickups are
wired in and all of the hardware is installed.
The
completed harp guitar.
